  Once approved, download and print our prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the return slip is included inside.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
